I really enjoyed my recent stay with a cozy Queen Room that made unwinding easy, especially with the nice rooftop lounge for some stunning views and the peaceful garden area to relax after a busy day. Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn’t ruin my overall chill vibe. Definitely recommend checking out the rooftop – it’s a nice escape! 😊

This was a good pick for a brief pit stop in San Francisco with good value considering the price charged. The check-in process was frustrating, but once I got to my room, it was basic but clean, which was fine for the price. Future visitors should be prepared for a unique check-in system that might take some getting used to.

A Delightful Stay with Exceptional Dining Experience!
I stayed for four nights in a lovely Queen Room. The restaurant downstairs served fantastic meals from scratch, perfect for a cozy dinner. Staff surprised us with a wine bottle for our honeymoon. While lacking AC was a downside, I’d recommend enjoying their delicious offerings. Pro tip, try to visit in the evening for a more comfortable stay.

The Queen Room featured a spacious walk-in closet that made it easy to settle in. The lobby's coffee machine cranked out great cappuccinos, creating a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploring.
The paper-thin walls really take away from the experience, making it difficult to enjoy peace when the neighbors are loud—earplugs by the bed are definitely a hint to that. The busy lobby overwhelmed with tourists could be a challenge, especially during peak hours when the single coffee machine can leave lines stretching out the door. It’s really a mixed bag depending on who’s next to you. you might love it one night and dread it the next.

Comfortable bed made for good sleep.
The elevators were frustratingly old and slow, making waits unbearable. During my three-night stay, it often felt like only one elevator was operational. The front desk staff was particularly disappointing. the guy with red hair seemed disinterested and didn't even bother to greet us properly. It felt like we were inconveniencing him just by checking in, which is not what I expect in hospitality.
